Relieve Zoom Fatigue with Yoga
While virtual learning has been a savior during the pandemic, the increased screen time does have an impact on the body and mind.
The back, shoulders and neck tend to get stiff and the posture is impacted which in turn impacts breathing. Sitting for a long period of time results in the legs getting heavy and tired. Constantly using the keyboard sometimes results in repetitive strain injury (RSI) and soreness in the upper limbs. Excessive screen time can lead to eye strain. The eyes and brain are connected, so over-use of the eyes can result in mental fatigue as well.
Learn Yogic tips and tricks to take short, effective breaks between calls/screen-time.
-
Easy techniques to rebalance and strengthen the body including all the joints of the upper body and spine. These alleviate stiffness, promote healthy blood circulation and help refresh the mind.
-

-
